Your Personal Account & Profile
Your name, contact details, password, and a log of your own recent account activity — separate from your store's settings.
Your Profile manages your personal identity on the platform, separate from your store's settings — the things that belong to you as a person, not to the business.
Screen: click your name or avatar in the top bar to open Profile.
The screen is organized into three tabs.
Overview tab
Shows your full name, email address, phone number, and your role in the system (for example, Administrator). Click Edit Profile to update your name or phone number — your email address is your login identity and can't be changed from here.
Avatar upload — coming soon (classic sidebar only)
On the classic sidebar, a camera icon sits over your avatar at the top of this tab. It's not functional yet — hovering it shows a "Coming soon" tooltip, and clicking it does nothing. On the new admin sidebar, this icon isn't shown at all. On both skins, your avatar today is generated from your name's initial and can't be replaced with an uploaded photo.
Security tab
Change your password: enter your current password, then your new password twice for confirmation. The tab also shows the date you last changed your password, so you always know how recent it is.
Open Change Password
On the Security tab, click Change Password.
Enter your current and new password
Fill in your current password, then your new password, then confirm it a second time.
Save
Submit the form. If the two new-password entries don't match, you'll see an inline error before anything is saved.
Below Change Password, a Two-Factor Authentication card is visible with a "Coming soon" chip and the description "Add an extra layer of security to your account." It isn't enabled or configurable yet — there's nothing to turn on here today.
Activity tab
A log of recent events on your own account — logins and profile updates — giving you visibility into your personal account history. This is scoped to you specifically; for store-wide activity across your whole team, see Activity Log and Audit Logs.
Note
Display preferences like theme and admin language live under Settings → Preferences, not here — Profile is about your identity and account security, Preferences is about how the dashboard looks and behaves for you.
