Signing In, Password Reset & Team Invites

Every screen you or a teammate will see when signing in, resetting a password, verifying an email, or accepting an invitation to join a store.

Once your store exists, here are the screens you and your team will use whenever someone needs to get into the Admin Panel.

Sign in

Go to admin.billionbiz.in (or the link in your welcome email). Enter your email address and password, then click Sign In. A show/hide toggle lets you check what you've typed. The form is protected by an invisible security check that blocks automated login attempts without interrupting real users.

On the new admin sidebar (v2), the sign-in screen also has a Remember me toggle above the Sign In button, and a disabled Continue with Google button with a Coming soon badge below it — Google sign-in isn't available yet, so the button is shown for visibility only and can't be clicked.

If your email is linked to more than one store

If the email you sign in with is associated with multiple stores, BillionBiz shows a store picker after you enter your credentials — choose which store you want to manage before continuing.

Forgot password

Start the reset

On the Sign In screen, click Forgot password?. Enter the email address registered to your account and click Send Reset Link.

Check your email

BillionBiz emails you a secure, time-limited link. Click it to open the Set New Password screen.

Set your new password

Enter your new password in both the New Password and Confirm Password fields — both have show/hide toggles. As you type, a strength meter shows how many of the four criteria your password meets (length, upper/lowercase, a number, and a symbol). Once the two fields match and your password is strong enough, click Set New Password. You're signed in immediately and taken to your Dashboard.

If the link has expired

Reset links are time-limited. If yours has expired, the screen tells you so and offers a button to request a new one — go back to Forgot Password and send yourself a fresh link.

Email verification

Some account actions — such as changing your registered email address — send a verification link to confirm you own the new address. Click the link in the email and BillionBiz verifies it automatically; you'll see a success confirmation and a button back to Sign In.

If the link has expired, the same screen lets you enter your email and request a new verification message.

If verification fails for any other reason (not expiry — for example, the link was already used or is malformed), you'll see a distinct error screen instead: a description of the problem and a single Back to Login button. There's no resend form on this screen, since the issue isn't solved by waiting for a new code — go back to Sign In and start over.

Team member invitations

When an Owner or Store Admin invites you to join a store's Admin Panel, you receive an email with a personalised invitation link. Opening it takes you to the same Set Password screen used for password resets — two password fields with the same strength meter described above. Choose a password, confirm it, and click Set New Password. Your account activates immediately and you are signed straight into the Admin Panel with whatever role your admin assigned you. You never see or need the store owner's password.

Where invitations are sent from

Sending the invitation itself is done by an Owner or Store Admin from Settings → Users & Roles (covered in the Team & Settings section) — this page only covers what the invited teammate sees when they open the email.

The Admin Panel's Register screen is not how merchants sign up

The Admin Panel has its own /register screen, separate from team invitations, but it is not the way to create a new BillionBiz store — it does not connect to store provisioning.
