Audit Logs

A complete, tamper-aware history of every significant change in your account — who did it, what changed, and from where — with full before/after detail.

The Audit Logs screen is a complete, searchable history of every significant action taken in your account — who created a product, who updated an order, who deleted a coupon, who signed in, who exported data. This is a stricter and more detailed record than the day-to-day Activity Log.

Screen: Settings → Audit Logs.

Super Admin only

Audit Logs are intended to be visible only to the Owner/Super Admin — not Store Admin or Staff. If your screen shows this page for a non-Super-Admin account, treat that as a bug to report rather than an intended access level; the correct rule is Super Admin only.

What each entry records

Every row shows the person's name and avatar, the type of action (create, update, delete, login, export), the affected entity, a short details line, the exact timestamp, and the IP address the action came from. Click View Details on any row to open a drawer with the full before/after comparison — every field that changed, its old value, and its new value side by side.

Filtering and searching

FilterOptions
SearchFree text across log entries
Action TypeAll actions, Create, Update, Delete, Login
Performed ByAll users, or a specific teammate
Entity TypeAll entities, or a specific one (products, orders, users, store settings, categories, coupons, and others as your store uses them)
Date rangeQuick presets (Today, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days) or a custom From/To range

Use the Refresh button to pull the latest entries. On the classic (default) sidebar's date popover there's a dedicated Clear button next to Apply — click it to drop the date filter. The new admin sidebar's date-range control has no Clear button; to drop a date filter there, pick one of the presets (Today, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days) again instead.

The table's Action, Entity, and Timestamp column headers are clickable to sort the list — click once to sort ascending, again to reverse. This sorting is only available on the classic (default) sidebar; the new admin sidebar's table has no column-sort control.

Exporting

Not functional yet — new admin sidebar only

On the classic (default) sidebar, clicking Export genuinely downloads a CSV of the currently filtered set to your browser. On the new admin sidebar, the same button requests the CSV from the server and shows a success message, but the file is never handed to your browser to save — nothing downloads. If you're on the new admin sidebar and need the export, switch to the classic sidebar, or use the on-screen table and its filters for compliance checks in the meantime.

Retention

How far back your audit history goes depends on your subscription plan — a chip near the page title shows your current retention window in days. Higher plans keep a longer history. If audit logs aren't included in your plan at all, the screen shows an upgrade prompt instead of the log table.
