Payment Processor (Merchant-Controlled): Razorpay, PayU etc.

This document is a white-label template to be customized by each Merchant. BillionBiz is NOT the seller of products. The Merchant is the sole contracting party with the End Customer. Merchants must publish this on their storefront.

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase of products from this website ("Store"). This Store is independently owned and operated by the Merchant ("Merchant", "we", "our", "us"). The e-commerce technology platform is provided by BillionBiz, which acts solely as a technology service provider and is not the seller of products. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Seller of Record

The Merchant is the sole:

  • Seller of record
  • Supplier of goods
  • Responsible party for fulfillment
  • Responsible party for refunds
  • Responsible party for warranties

BillionBiz is not a party to the sale contract.

3. Eligibility

By placing an order, you confirm:

  • You are legally capable of entering contracts
  • You are above applicable legal age
  • The information provided is accurate

Merchant reserves the right to refuse service.

4. Product Information

Merchant strives to ensure accuracy of descriptions, images, pricing, and availability. However:

  • Minor variations may occur
  • Packaging may differ
  • Availability may change without notice

5. Pricing & Taxes

All prices:

  • Displayed in applicable currency
  • Inclusive/exclusive of tax as indicated
  • Subject to change without notice

Customer responsible for applicable taxes and customs duties (for international orders).

6. Payment Terms

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways, including Razorpay, PayU etc.

Merchant does not store card numbers, CVV, or PIN.

Payment authorization is subject to bank approval. Merchant reserves right to cancel suspicious orders.

7. Order Acceptance

An order is confirmed only when:

  • Payment is successfully authorized
  • Confirmation email is issued

Merchant may cancel orders due to:

  • Pricing errors
  • Stock unavailability
  • Suspected fraud
  • Regulatory restrictions

Refunds processed to original payment method.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery timelines are indicative. Merchant is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Courier issues
  • Customs clearance
  • Natural disasters
  • Incorrect address provided

Risk of loss passes upon delivery.

9. Returns & Refunds

Customer may request return subject to:

  • Defined return window (e.g., 7/14 days)
  • Product unused condition
  • Original packaging

Refunds processed after inspection. Refund timelines depend on banking channels.

Certain products may be non-returnable:

  • Perishable goods
  • Personal hygiene products
  • Customized items

10. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. After dispatch:

  • Return process applies
  • Shipping charges may be non-refundable

Merchant may cancel orders at its discretion.

11. Warranties & Disclaimers

Products are sold "as is" except where warranty is explicitly provided. Merchant does not guarantee:

  • Specific health outcomes
  • Specific commercial results
  • Compatibility beyond description

For herbal or health products: Statements are not medical advice. Customers should consult qualified professionals where necessary.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Merchant shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits
  • Emotional distress
  • Delayed delivery damages

Maximum liability limited to purchase price of product. BillionBiz bears no liability for product issues.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on this Store including logos, images, product descriptions, and branding belong to Merchant or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction prohibited.

14. User Conduct

Customers shall not:

  • Engage in fraudulent payment disputes
  • Abuse return policy
  • Upload malicious content
  • Violate intellectual property rights

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in legal action.

15. Privacy

Customer data is processed according to the Merchant Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. Payment data processed by secure third-party gateway.

16. Force Majeure

Merchant not liable for delay due to:

  • Government action
  • Natural disasters
  • Internet failures
  • Supply chain disruption

17. Governing Law & Disputes

Disputes governed by applicable laws of Merchant's jurisdiction. Disputes may be resolved via arbitration (if applicable) or courts of competent jurisdiction.

18. Amendments

Merchant reserves right to update Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
